Terms & Conditions of Occupancy

1. Check-In & Check-Out Schedules
- Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM (Noon). Early check-ins depend on dynamic suite vacancies and must be requested in advance.
- Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may attract hourly luxury fee scales.
- All adult guests must produce authentic, government-recognized photo ID cards (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) to successfully register. Foreign nationals must provide active passports with valid tourist visas.
2. Room Rates, Pricing & Taxes
Our rates:
- Sea View Family Suite: ₹7,450 + GST
- Family Suite: ₹6,500 + GST
- Sea View Deluxe: ₹4,500 + GST
- Deluxe: ₹3,500 + GST
- A standard Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% is applied on all room rates as mandated by the Government of India.
3. Cancellation & Refund Protocols
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in date.
- Cancellations done within 72 to 24 hours of arrival attract a 50% reservation fee penalty.
- No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours receive no refunds.
4. Guest Conduct & Policies
- Strict compliance with peace and tranquility protocols. Loud music or disruptive actions in open balconies after 10:00 PM are strictly prohibited.
- Grand Resort is a smoke-free zone. Smoking inside closed air-conditioned suites is penalized by a ₹5,000 deep-cleaning fee.
- Any damages to resort assets (fixtures, LED TVs, mattresses, custom glass doors) are charged directly to the guest's folio upon check-out.
5. Legal Jurisdiction
All legal claims, concerns, or policy disputes arising from hotel stays or website usage are subject exclusively to the local jurisdiction of courts in Puri, Odisha-752001.
